As Social Media Coordinator Intern for THE·TEAM from January-May 2026, I strengthened my skills in community management by supporting the Oakley Meta and RayBan Meta accounts. I sourced culturally relevant content and wrote outbound copy to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. During my internship, I created the top-performing outbound for Oakley Meta during Super Bowl LX weekend and the highest-performing outbound for RayBan Meta across all of 2026.
I also collaborated with the Creative Strategy team to develop Real-Time Strategy Developments (RTSDs) by identifying emerging trends across TikTok and Instagram and translating those insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
