TRACKTOWN USA
As Social Media Coordinator for TrackTown USA during the Summer 2026 season (May-August), I strengthened my skills in social media content creation by capturing and editing content for accounts including @tracktownusa, @preclassic, @worldathleticsu20champs and @legendthebigfoot on Instagram. I contributed to the digital coverage of internationally recognized events such as the Prefontaine Classic, Nike Outdoor Nationals, USATF U20 Championships, and World Athletics U20 Championships.

One of my primary responsibilities was managing the @legendthebigfoot Instagram account. I was responsible for publishing content, writing copy, engaging with the community, brainstorming content concepts, identifying TikTok trends, and capturing live content at events. In many ways, I acted as the account manager, overseeing the content from ideation through execution.
The account itself had previously been created for the World Athletics Oregon22 Championships, but I was tasked with relaunching it under TrackTown USA. This gave me the opportunity to establish a fresh brand voice and content strategy while maintaining the recognizable personality of Legend. One of the most interesting challenges was learning how to tell stories from the perspective of a mascot rather than an organization or athlete. Every post had to feel playful, authentic, and true to the character while still supporting TrackTown's broader marketing goals.
